Inspired by the bold beauty of Monstera leaves, these handcrafted copper enamel earrings are created using a multi-layered enameling process. Four to five layers of colored enamel glass are carefully sifted onto the copper surface and torch-fired to a smooth, glossy finish. Once cooled, a black overglaze is applied and dried, then meticulously scratched away using the traditional sgraffito technique—revealing vibrant colors and organic leaf patterns beneath.
The reverse side is counter-enameled to ensure structural integrity and balance, preventing warping and preserving the durability of the piece.
