Celebrate tradition and artistry with these handcrafted Copper Enamel Kokopelli Earrings. Each copper Kokopelli figure is sifted with colored enameling glass—finer than sugar—and torch-fired until fused and glossy. Multiple layers are applied to achieve rich, dimensional color.
A final layer of black overglaze is carefully painted on and allowed to dry. Then, using the sgraffito technique, select areas are scratched away to reveal the vivid enamel beneath—highlighting the Kokopelli form with contrast and texture.
Crafted from lightweight 24-gauge copper and finished with hypoallergenic niobium ear wires for comfort.
